My professional background is in IT Project Management & Training. I have run my own training company, been an IT director, a corporate event organiser and management & leadership coach as well as managing numerous IT projects for corporate clients.

I am also passionate about personal development, and qualified last year as an NLP Master Practitioner.

I have always loved horses and have owned and trained my own horses for over twenty years. I am particularly interested in dressage & natural horsemanship, but also enjoy riding through the beautiful Welsh mountains or New Forest.
